You cannot use your DJ Event Planner username and password to log on to the support forum.

You must register for a forum account in order to gain access to the forum. You can do this by going here:

Log into DJ Event Planner -> Support -> Forum -> Register

The registration link can be found in the upper right hand corner of the forum page.
