Why am I having problems logging on to the support forum?

Please note that the logon for the support forum is separate from the main Event Planner application so your DJEP credentials will not work. You will need to register for a support forum account to view posts or submit a new post.

The support forum uses cookies to track the session logons. You must enable cookies for the djfinder.com domain for the forum to work.

Here are some troubleshooting steps:

1) Try opening a new tab and manually typing in: http://eventplannerforum.com
2) Try using another browser
3) Clear cookies from your browser cache
4) Whitelist the eventplannerforum.com domain in your browser
5) Whitelist the eventplannerforum.com domain in your toolbars
6) Whitelist the eventplannerforum.com domain in your security suite
7) Turn off your security suites/toolbars
8) Try logging on from a different computer

In 100% of the cases we have investigated (so far) these suggestions have fully resolved the logon issues.
