How do I create and send a contract for Multi-Day Events?

Creating multi-day events within DJEP is not a difficult process, but we recommend handling them in a slightly different way than your average single day event.


To get started, create the first day’s event within your DJEP account.  Once created and saved, under the Details tab within the event and find the Duplicate Event button.  There you can select your other dates for the multi-day event. 


In order to keep all the information on one contract instead of having to send out a contract for each day of the same event, we suggest that you keep all the financials for the multi-day event on the first scheduled day.  Adjust your package and addon prices accordingly on the first event, then keep the financials set at $0 for the remaining days.  


Next, you will want to edit the contract before sending to include the additional days information (dates, times, etc) so when the client receives the contract they know that it includes everything.
