Is there a way to track my employees on the day of their events?

DJ Event Planner offers a feature called the Check In/Check Out System.  This feature allows your staff to check in on the day of an event when they begin their work.  When they are finished with their duties, then can then check out to complete.


To enable this feature go here:


Log in to DJ Event Planner -> Setup -> Application -> Employee Settings -> Features -> Check In/Check Out System. 


Once enabled, when your employee logs in to their portal on the day of their event, they will navigate to the event and will find a Check In button at the top right.  Once they click that button they will be checked in for work and the software will record their current time and location.  After they have finished with their work, they will log into their portal, navigate back to the event, and there will be a Check Out button.  Once clicked, the software will record their work time and location once again.

Log in to DJ Event Planner -> Main Menu -> Employees -> Employee Reports -> Check In/Check Out Report. 


On this page you can enter a date range for the report and you can also choose a specific employee if needed.  The report will default to the current week and will show results for all employees.  You also have the option to edit an employee’s check in/check out report if needed.
