We have no possible way of knowing. We do not handle credit cards directly. We do know that it usually occurs because the credit card is no longer valid. Because the bank/credit card company refused the charge from Paypal (our credit card processor) the subscription was cancelled. Again, we have no way of knowing the exact reason. You should contact your financial institution and ask them if they know why it occurred.
