Here are a few of the options:

Redirect to payment processor: allow your clients to make a payment after viewing their quote in order to reserve your services, you have the ability to do so. Please be aware that a payment made this way to reserve your services will not affect your “check availability status” as the event has not been entered into the system until you have manually done so. 

Include/exclude mileage fees: If you charge for mileage, you can add in this fee calculation on the quote. 

Promo Codes: Do you run specials from time to time? Set up a promo code to match. When entered, the promo code details will be calculated into the instant quote.
