Subscriptions and Fees

Our subscription options are designed to grow with you and your business from where you are now to where you hope to take your business in the future. Support for all subscription levels is handled via live chat and our official support forum. Additional support options are available to Premium Plus subscribers.  You are able to upgrade at any time.


Payment Frequency

Monthly:

When you subscribe to DJ Event Planner via our monthly subscription option, you agree to have the monthly subscription payment automatically applied each month until you cancel the subscription. Our monthly subscriptions are handled via our payment processor, PayPal, allowing you to manage or make adjustments to your funding source as needed. 


To proceed with a monthly subscription, please go here within your DJEP account. 


Log into DJ Event Planner -> Account -> Subscriptions -> Subscribe Monthly


Annual:

We do offer an annual subscription option upon request by emailing our billing department at billing@djeventplanner.com. The annual payment commits you to 1 year of service to DJ Event Planner. Annual payments are a one time payment made up front and there is a 10% discount applied. These are manually applied to your DJ Event Planner account and may take up to 24 business hours to appear. Each year, You are responsible for renewing your DJ Event Planner account prior to the expiration date in order to continue. 


Once you have made an annual payment, a renewal payment button will appear within your DJ Event Planner account and can be found here:

Who is an “employee”? 

An “employee” is anyone who has an individual login to your DJ Event Planner account or is assigned to an upcoming event. This could be a staff member or an independent contractor which you utilize as part of your business model. 


Their personal DJEP account allows you to manage time off, check availability, send reminders and confirmations, confirm/decline events, have them submit timesheets, have them check in/out of events, view event details pertinent to them, manage wages, keep track of activity within the software, and more. Employee specific permissions are available.

Subscription Descriptions

Trial

Our 30 day free trial provides you with an account on our shared domain, djfinder.com. As the account is on a shared domain, there are database size limitations in place. You have full access to all the features available at the Basic subscription level. 

Basic Stand Alone

The Basic subscription level provides you with up to 3 employees, 500 events, and 2000 sent emails. 

Stand Alone Domain using your own domain

This subscription level qualifies your account to move off of the shared djfinder.com domain and onto your own stand alone domain. A Stand Alone domain is a separate domain name of your choosing not used for anything else which you register via your chosen domain registrar and point toward our DJEP servers. This domain name allows you to maintain your company branding. Once your DJEP account has been moved to your stand alone domain, the djfinder.com info is replaced with your domain name. This subscription level provides you with up to 20 employees, Unlimited events, and 50000 sent emails once your account has been moved to your stand alone domain. Be advised that once your account has been moved to your own stand alone domain, should you wish to return to the Basic subscription level you would lose your current database. You would then need to start a new account from scratch at the Basic subscription level.

Premium

The Premium subscription level provides you with all of the same features as the Stand Alone level. The employee limit is increased to 20. 

Premium Plus

The Premium Plus subscription level provides you with all of the same features as the Premium level. The employee limit is increased to 500. This subscription level also provides you with additional support options found under the Support Options tab within your DJEP account, telephone and email. 


Additional Fees

Domain Transfer Fee

Once your account has been moved to your requested stand alone domain name, you are welcome to change the domain name in the future. Due to the administrative work required by our staff, please be aware there is a domain transfer fee associated with this request. More information regarding this can be found here.


Document Conversion Service

Do you have a document you wish to use within DJ Event Planner? Our staff can assist you with manually converting them into html which is the format utilized by DJEP. More information can be found here.


Is your business a franchise with multiple locations?

We’d recommend a separate account for each location in order to tailor the account to each location's specific needs. Our team may be able to assist you with duplicating the original account as a starting point for use with the additional locations. Database Duplication fees are $50.



Expired Account


If your account has expired and we need to restore your account, a $50 fee will apply. Please note that all data for your account is generally deleted 60 days after account expiration. Sixty days after account expiration your data will be deleted and will not be recoverable.
