Why can't I find my incoming emails in my account?

DJ Event Planner is set up for outgoing mail only.  This means that you will not receive any replies or incoming emails in to your DJEP account.  Those replies will be found in your own email inbox.

However you can set up an IMAP incoming email server within your account.  This setup will allow you to access your own email (gmail, g-suite, etc) right in your DJEP account.  The IMAP Incoming Server has features which allow you to assign an incoming email to the contact manager for a client/employee/vendor...etc.. means it's much more advanced than the POP3 feature. Now, if you compose an email from within the new IMAP Email interface, it will not only save to DJ Event Planner but also your SENT folder with your email provider.

To find the new settings: Log into DJ Event Planner -> SETUP -> Emails -> Settings -> Expand account for setup -> Incoming Server -> Setup....then setup your credentials like you did your outgoing credentials. You will need to speak to your own email provider to find out what your IMAP settings are for setup. For example, gmail users will use imap.gmail.com for the Incoming Server, then use 993 for the Incoming Port Number. Your username and password will be exactly the same as you used for your Outgoing Mail Server.

Once entered correctly, then navigate to the Mail button on the left hand menu and you will see a new View IMAP Inbox section on the Mail page.  As long as everything is configured correctly you will be able to see your own email inbox.
