How can I keep track of my Employees actions/time off/activities?

It is easy to keep track of your Employees, which can be done all in one area.

Log in to DJ Event Planner -> Main Menu -> Employees

On this page look for buttons labeled Manage Time Off, Reminders, Confirmations, Time Sheets, and Employee Reports

Manage Time Off: This allows you to view, approve, or deny employees time off requests and also manage the the requests per date range and/or employee

Reminders: Enter a date range and you will see a report showing what events are upcoming and who is assigned as staff. You can send the employee reminder emails from this page and mark the employees as reminded. (You can set up Employee based scheduled reminder emails in Setup -> Emails -> Employees -> Add Template -> Scheduling tab)

Confirmations:  Easily see which of your employees have or have not confirmed events they are assigned to.

Time Sheets: Approve, mark as paid, edit, or delete any Hourly Timesheets submitted by your employees.

Employee Reports:  This dropdown menu includes Activity Log, Availability Calendar, Availability List View, and Check In/Out Report

1. Activity Log:  This page shows you which employees have logged on or off, updated events, deleted information, etc, the time and date the activity happened, and for what client.   This report will not show any fine details as to what was updated, changed.

2. Availability Calendar: This calendar page shows your employees as assigned to events.

3. Availability List View: This page shows your employees as assigned to events, but as viewable in a list.

4. Check In/Out Report: This report will show you the time your employees Checked In and Checked Out of their assigned events.
