You can set your own default settings for song limits including overall maximum limit for clients to place in their planner and also limits by song categories such as Must Play, Do Not Play, Dedications, etc.  

You can do this by going here:

Log in to DJ Event Planner -> Setup -> Event Planning -> Request Limits
