Scheduled emails get sent out at 4:30am Central (US Time). 

Any events that match the scheduled email settings at that moment will be sent out. If the emails are marked as sent they will not be sent out again.

If for some reason the trigger date is in the past, the scheduled emails will NOT be sent out.
