The display name is the title of an email or document template that is shown in the DJ Event Planner interface. It will be visible to Administrator and Salespeople, but not to clients. This approach allows you to better organize your templates within the application.

Here is an example of how it would be used...

Display Name: Follow Up #3
Subject: Almost ready to give up on you!

The client would see the Subject, while the Administrator/Salesperson would see the Display Name.
