1) You will need to create an iCalendar feed in DJEP if you have not already done so. To do that, go here: Login to DJ Event Planner -> Setup -> iCalendar. When you click save, the link to your iCalendar feed will be displayed. Copy that link by highlighting it and pressing Control-C.

2) Log on to your Google account and go to the calendar page.  

3) On the left hand side look for the Other calendars section. Click on down arrow then the Add By URL link.

4) Paste the DJEP iCalendar URL into the URL field. Then click on the Add Calendar button.

You're all done! The Google calendar will now automatically import the iCalendar feed from DJEP.
