Why am I not receiving emails from the DJ Event Planner system?

The DJ Event Planner application sends out emails for various reasons: notification of client planner updates, employee verifications, system notices, and other reasons.

If you are not receiving these emails, it is not because we are not sending them. It is because they are being filtered by your mail provider. Here are some potential ways to resolve the issue:

1) Check your spam folder for the messages

2) Whitelist emails from the following domains: djfinder.com, djeventplanner.com, and if you have a stand-alone domain whitelist that domain too.

3) As a last resort contact your mail provider and ask them to work with you to resolve the issue.
