How do I update my credit card information?

Monthly Subscribers

Our payment processor is Paypal. When you set up a monthly subscription, you are giving them a credit card number for the monthly billing. Should the credit card on file for them expire or be cancelled, or if you want to update the card information, you will need to update it via your Paypal login.

Annual Memberships

If you are on an annual billing plan you do not need to update your credit card information. Neither DJ Event Planner, nor our payment processor, keeps a record of your credit card number on file. When your annual renewal is about to expire, go here: Accounts -> Subscription Info. Then click on the appropriate annual subscription link.This will take you to the Paypal payment gateway.

All Memberships

Although we use Paypal as our credit card payment processor, you do NOT need a Paypal account to use their payment system.

Suspended DJEP Subscriptions

If your monthly DJEP Subscription is suspended, we have two options:

1. You will need to update the funding source for your DJEP subscription. Let our billing department know you have updated the funding source and would like us to attempt to attain the "outstanding balance". If we are able to obtain the outstanding balance, we may then re-activate your billing subscription.


2. You will need to sign up for a new billing subscription by logging into DJEP -> Account -> Subscriptions

Cancelled DJEP Subscriptions

If your monthly DJEP subscription is cancelled, you will need to sign up for a new subscription. Doing so will NOT create a new DJEP account. You will be able to continue using your current account. Once the new subscription is created we will manually update your DJEP account and extend the subscription expiration date.
