How does the iCalendar feature work?

The iCalendar feature allows you to publish a publicly accessible schedule of your events. More info can be found here:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ICalendar

You can subscribe to these calendars using several popular mail/calendar applications:

  • Outlook 2007/2010
  • Google Calendars
  • iCal/iContact (Apple)
  • Blackberry/Android/Apple/Windows phones

For a list of applications that support iCalendar functionality go here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_applications_with_iCalendar_support

Important Security Note: Anyone can access the calendar through the URL of the iCalendar. The file is named with a series of 20 random numbers and letters in an attempt to make it reasonably hard for anyone to guess the correct URL of the calendar.

Please note that the iCalendar feeds will contain any events/appointments that are in the future and ONE WEEK into the past. Going more than one week into the past would require a large amount of server resources.
