Why can't I send more than 5 emails at a time?

This software is designed for event management. It is NOT an email marketing tool to be used for sending newsletters. If you are looking for an email marketing tool, please visit http://www.constantcontact.com or a service that offers a similar service.

If email messages are sent in bulk to customers (or potential customers) it is quite likely that some of them will report your message as spam to their ISP. If this happens, it is possible that our servers will be blacklisted, preventing emails from being delivered for all of our customers, not just you.

The limit of 5 emails at a time applies to manually sent emails through the web interface. It does not apply to scheduled emails. Additionally, emails sent to employees do not count against this limit.

Any account user that abuses the email system is subject to account suspension.
