Can my account have more than one Point of Contact?

The answer is simply NO.  Because DJEP staff often have to help with important account information, we need to make sure that we are working with the correct person who can make the decisions for the company.

When you set up your DJ Event Planner account, please keep in mind that you are allowed one Point of Contact for your account.  This point of contact will be the person that is listed in the your account details.

Log in to DJ Event Planner -> Support Options 

All communication pertaining to sales, billing, and support questions will be handled via that Point of Contact.  

The Point of Contact can be updated 1 time every 3 months or if you have a personnel change within your company that requires an immediate change.
