All feature requests for DJEP are handled through the support forum. Telephone calls, emails, and private messages will all be referred to the forum. The forum section to look for is the "Wishlist" section. Post your suggestion in this forum.

DJEP does not have unlimited resources and is unable to accommodate every feature request. To help determine resource allocation and feature request order of importance, we have established a voting system. All forum members may vote on feature requests. Look for the voting dropdown on the top of the forum post once the suggestion has been posted. You can rank your or other's feature requests on a -3 to 5 scale. The higher the rating, the farther up the development ladder the request will get pushed. You may only vote for a wishlist item once.

We will not respond to your Wish List feature request unless we have additional questions about it. Once completed, your wishlist item will be moved to the done section of the forum. Please do no repost a feature request.

We will not debate a wishlist items. Again, if we have additional questions, we will post a response. Please note that other DJEP users are welcome to respond to other's wishlist items.

We will not give out a timetable of when a feature request will be completed.

If the current feature set of DJEP does not meet your needs, we apologize. Make sure that the software meets your needs at the time of purchase. We add new features every week, but the newly added features are unlikely to add value to the software for everyone.
