What is your support policy?

Support is available to every DJ Event Planner account through the official support forum.  You will need to register an account with the Support Forum, your DJEP sign in credentials will not work.

Live Chat is available to every DJ Event Planner account also.  Live Chat is available to the Point of Contact Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm central time.

Telephone support is provided only to users who pay for a telephone support package.  Direct email is only available on a limited basis.

If you do not have extended support on your plan you can pay for 1 time phone support. 

Support will only be provided to the point of contact who is set up in the account, such as the owner or business manager. Support will not be provided to employees of a company unless prior arrangement are made with support and the main point of contact.
